The Aerospace class PC7448 version will benefit from E2V's unique high-reliability flip chip assembly plant, which has been supplying aircraft equipment manufacturers with a wide range of microprocessors for the past 15 years. The E2V facilities used to manufacture these products are certified to the MIL-PRF-38535 QML Q and V classes and to the AS/EN9100 aerospace standard.
E2V also offers PC7448 Space class certification services based on the upcoming QML Level Y standard. This is a new space standard currently being finalized for space-grade non-airtight flip chip semiconductor processes.
