Littelfuse Low Rho surface-mounted PPTC (Polymer Positive Temperature Coefficient) devices provide overcurrent protection for applications requiring ultra-low internal resistance, ultra-low voltage drop and automatic reset protection. The new family enables the creation of devices that are smaller, lower in height and hold higher current than standard PPTC. It has ultra-low internal resistance while continuing the high level of electrical characteristics and performance of standard PPTC products. All devices are UL certified and TUV approved with a maximum fault current of 50A. Available in 0402 to 2920 specifications, the holding current range is 100mA to 9A.
