Bourns' new RF radio frequency inductor utilizes advanced multilayer technology and a single-unit design to achieve high reliability performance.
Bourns, a globally renowned leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic components for power, protection and sensing solutions, has today launched four multi-layer surface-mount inductor series: CE0603G, CE0603M, CE1005Q and CE1608Q. These inductors are crafted with advanced multi-layer technology and a single-unit design, providing power electronics design engineers with highly reliable, stable and highly signal-integrity solutions. The product sizes cover various compact specifications such as 1608, 1005 and the smallest 0603 mm, offering designers more diverse options for miniaturized applications.
To meet the demand for performance improvement in high-frequency circuits, the new surface-mount inductors feature a high self-resonant frequency (SRF) of up to 20,000 MHz, and offer strict inductance tolerances and a rated current range of 100 to 1000 mA. The four high-SRF series products all have an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C and have been optimally designed for applications such as RF amplifiers, low-voltage power modules, radio transmitters, radar systems, wireless communications, and various mobile electronic devices.
The Bourns® CE0603G, CE0603M, CE1005Q and CE1608Q series of multi-layer chip inductors are now available and comply with the RoHS regulations*.
